What is the cost of shipping?
Nominal charge of ₹99 to be applicable on orders below ₹1000 & ₹0 to be applicable on orders above ₹1000 for packaging & shipping.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders and 7-10 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@unitedcookers.com or WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91-9999856922 / +91-9811990565 / 0120-436-7777 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 5PM) and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from My Order section.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the return policy on www.unitedgrouponline.com?
- In case product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in original packaging. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
- When you return your product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send only to sender address as seen in the invoice / delivery challan) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.
- Please note that we will provide refund / return facility only for products bought from our online store www.unitedgrouponline.com and not for orders from physical stores or other online stores.
- In case of wrong product ordering (e.g 3 Litre Cooker instead of 5 Litre Cooker), you can place a new order, for a different product but from the same category, of equal or higher selling price. Send back the wrongly ordered product with following remark "Wrong product ordered. New order no - XXX" Also send us an email with the full details of both the orders along with your bank account IFSC details for transferring payment. We will initiate online fund transfer for the returned product amount, within 7-10 business days of receiving the wrong product.
For all product/s supplied by the Associates, the Customer shall open, inspect the ordered Product and accept the delivery, after ensuring that the Product is delivered in good working condition. For example – In case of Mixer Grinder, the Customer shall plug and operate the same.
Once the Product is accepted, post inspection as above (for supplies by the Associates), the Customer will not be entitled to return the same.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section. You can also write to us at info@unitedcookers.com or call us on +91-9999856922 / +91-9811990565 / 0120-436-7777 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 5PM).
**united metalik reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money as soon as the product reaches us.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
